Maciej Gostomski signs for Rangers

My point, I'm getting there....

One of the top comments on Facebook about it

"Good to see some proper competition for waghorn and kenny Miller"

The new player is a goal keeper!

The clueless, bigoted, puddle drinkers at their best

Maybe the competition for Miller is based on his handball antics from the weekend?

So their new guy will cross himself before a game. Good opportunity for the Sevco support to show their tolerance.

Still there, collecting his wages and no playing.

So do they now plan to have 3 keepers? Wouldn't surprise me

One mare to go until they are at the magic 4. Has Graeme Smith found his way home from the wrong game yet? It's not a goalie school without him

On my phone so too much hassle to investigate. Der Hun have signed 2 frees on 6 month contracts. Didn't Aretha say his signings would help prepare them to compete in the top league? planning on going bust in July then?

Accrington Stanley not happy with The Rangers trying to sign 2 of their players

Rangers talk to Accrington's Matt Crooks and Josh Windass

Rangers have moved to sign Accrington Stanley pair Josh Windass and Matt Crooks, according to the English League Two club's majority shareholder.
Andy Holt revealed on Twitter that he was aware Rangers had opened talks with the midfielders, who are both 21.
"I have been informed today that Rangers are talking to Josh and Crooksey about a move," he said. "This is unsolicited and is being done under Fifa international regs that I totally disagree with." Both players' contracts expire in the summer and they are free to speak to other clubs about potential summer moves under freedom of contract. However, they would be subject to compensation fees because of their ages.

Windass, the son of former Aberdeen and Hull City striker Dean Windass, joined Accrington (http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/23407590) from Northern Premier League outfit Harrogate Railway Athletic in 2013. He was recently reported to be a target for Arsenal and has rejected the offer of a new contract (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34844549) from his present club.
Like Windass, who has netted 11 goals this season, Crooks came through the youth ranks at Huddersfield Town and made the switch to Accrington permanent (http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/31601577) in February after a loan spell. Crooks, who has also played in defence and up front, had previous loan spells with Halifax Town, Radcliffe Borough and Hartlepool United. He has scored seven goals this season, with manager John Coleman suggesting the player could become a millionaire (http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/34040310) if he works on his game. In Holt's series of messages, which were retweeted by Accrington's official account, he urged the club to battle with Rangers to hold on to the players. Stanley are chasing promotion and lie seventh in the League Two table, while Rangers lead the Scottish Championship, with manager Mark Warburton keen to build a squad with the prospect of top-flight football next season.

Would a fee be due with them being a cross border transfer? Just seem to remember Clayton Donaldson not having a fee as he left the country (England to Scotland.)

The muppets never learn, do they? After their poor spell, they are back to spouting on about their aims for next year. With the odd exception of one or two realistic idiots, they reckon that, with a couple of decent signings, they will win the Scottish Premiership at a stroll next season. Even now, they reckon that they are the best team in Scotland and are desperate to meet Celtic in this season's Scottish Cup Final. By some of their own admissions, a couple of weeks ago, they had major doubts about their prospects, but with one or two bigs wins under their belt, they are now on the road to glory. It beggars belief. :faf::faf::faf:

That keeper's correct - last year was the first year in their entire history that they didn't win their league.

I understand, Kevin, that The Huns will avoid paying a big fee because of the cross-border nature of the signing. A nominal fee will be liable for "training purposes" with Accrington.

So apparently this list of players are "realistic" signings for them, yet they think Cummings is one of them. Apparently we can't afford to turn down "good money" [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

"Being brutally honest, Hibernian are not a big club."

A small club who managed to finish ahead of The Rangers last season - pumping them several times in the process.

The Rangers have no money either bad or good. The point about not selling to the bigots as a rival in the league is a point well justified but equally the chances of actually getting hard cash from them should make any deal for any player, a complete non starter.

To think that the previous entity of the Ibrox club once paid £12,000,000 for Tore Andre Flo. Unbelievable thinking back on it now.

And one of the reasons that they are a complete basket case now.
