Posted this on match thread but naturally such a thing will get lost in there. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help...

There was a nice wee song played during Half time today - announcer noted who it was written by and said it had been penned as a tribute to someone fighting leukemia, I think. Anyone able to confirm the details please? Would like to hear it again.

Written for a 2 year old who is fighting cancer for the 3rd time. Heartbreaking stuff!

Just watched the video of the wee chap on You Tube with the song being sung. Wow, it gets to you. Keep fighting wee man. Our prayers are with you.
