Falkirk tickets on sale Thursday, Raith tickets on Friday and Christmas next week. No wonder crowds are low

I thought the same, considering I hope to attend both games.

Add in the £24 quid plus travel for the huns game aswell.

Still, first time in ages I've been really looking forward to a run-in of Hibs games so to hell with it. I'll just have to stay sober for the last two weeks in Janurary to compensate :flag:

Anyone who wants a ticket for both games will get one. Plenty of time.

Although they should be doing the points system for the raith game.

Pretty much the same for most fans in Britain really. Just as well its only Glasgow, Falkirk and Kirkaldy we have to go to.

That they should . We took near on 3000 last time at Raith . Add in it's the Scottish cup .

Can't believe we're expected to play games of football these days. Should do away with them and go straight to the 3 points imho.

What *******s Hibs are; getting through to a semi-final. They will really be taking the piss if they get through to the semi-final of the Scottish Cup. Is there no depths they will not plumb to deprive Hibs supporters of their cash?

Bring back Terry Butcher, I say.

The fixture list has been out since June and the little baby Jesus always has his birthday at this time of year. It's not as if these things have been sprung on us.

You are right, obviously re expensive time of year.

fwiw I don't think anyone was being scornful, certainly it wasn't my intention.....just joining in a bit of pre Christmas light hearted ness.

Just checking out another team that play in green...Plymouth fans have

Hartlepool - 390 miles
Newport - 140 miles
Carlisle - 400 miles

i guess it's an expensive time for many clubs fans...and looking at Plymouth..it could be worse !

Football is expensive, pick and choose the games you want because almost every other fan is in the same boat. It's coming up to Christmas people have other priorities.

Did I not read on here the club were potentially looking at a Xmas match package for a couple of games? St Johnstone have came out this week saying for their next home game with every paying adult a child up to the age of 13 is free, not bad.

At Easter Road we play...

I pointed this out just a few days ago that when we won the 1st division in 98//99, we had four home games in succession from mid December to early January.

The average attendance between the four games was 12,600, and the biggest club we played against was Falkirk

The games must have been much cheaper then ;-)

Lots of sarcy comments in this thread. Some of you should realise we are all Hibees but some of us don't have the spare cash to follow our heroes.
