Who is up for a bus to Kirkaldy leaving from Glasgow? Already have half a dozen names. We just need to know whether to book a self drive 15 seats or a 25 seater. Price probably be about a tenner. Game is the Scottish Cup tie 3pm Saturday the 9th of Jan. Tickets are £18 for adults and go on sale Friday the 18th of Dec.

No mate sorry. We thought Kirkaldy because it's tricky to get to. Edinburgh on the 2nd is an easy trip for most.

Hope the Bowling Club was good. Sorry couldn't come to meet you before the game as I hoped.

I left my wallet and only realised when I went to the cash machine which meant a very quick about turn and back to collect it which scunnered the hour before the game.

A good day and I was even home before 8.30. Don't tell Ronnie but I had 2 pies:greengrin Not in your group but have to admit I had two as well - not at the same time but got offered on different occasions - so sorry Ronnie :greengrin. Club were very welcoming but got a little overwhelmed I think - guy said they were expecting roughly 70 and at one stage there was around 120 in. Draught beer ran out but they had cans and bottles.

I walked into the town centre and found a great Wee cafe ,and had the best macaroni cheese pie I have tasted greengrin Then three of us walked back up and they wouldn't let us in for a drink Although sounds like you drunk the place dry as well greengrin

Ronnie, the pies were absolutely wonderful, crisp pastry, lovely steak filling with perfect gravy and seasoning. It's a real pity you missed out. Great day out. Thanks to Vinni for organising.
