Folks - I'm wondering if anyone has advice on travelling around Europe - bus or train views/ticket advice/experience in particular.
I have looked at Flixbus - https://www.flixbus.com/ - and it seems great value
I am contemplating a break seeing a number of European cities over a month-long period viz:
Flight to Amsterdam - then bus/train to Hamburg - Berlin - Prague - Vienna - Munich - Milan - Monaco (maybe not) - Barcelona - Madrid and Lisbon - then a flight home.
Travel likely to be March/April 2016..
Any advice greatly received :aok:

If you do consider some legs on the train, have a look at "The Man in Seat 61 (http://www.seat61.com/)"
Useful site telling you the best way to make certain journeys,,,,,

Agree about seat61.com Loads of information there. loco2 and captaintrain both useful for reserving tickets too ( on captaintrain at least you can reserve tickets for 10-20 days without paying before confirming trip ). SNCF now have cheap buses as well as trains in and around France and I believe buses between Prague/Budapest/Vienna are cheap (or boat between Vienna and Bratislava ) . Almost no night trains left in Europe but Madrid - Lisbon still runs and there are a few from Paris to southern France ( Toulouse etc) .

The good thing about interrail is you can make it up as you go along, you don't need to prebook anything.
