Can anyone help out a fellow hibee out.
Looking for someone to hire for a few hours to make balloon animals etc for kids at an event, got a budget of about £50, quotes I've had so far are all in excess of £150!

How about butcher? . He seemed to be able to turn anyone into a balloon ....
