Can anyone help out a fellow hibee out.

Looking for someone to hire for a few hours to make balloon animals etc for kids at an event, got a budget of about £50, quotes I've had so far are all in excess of £150!

Probably not worth tying one's self in knots looking for a bargain if that's the going rate.
