Interesting to read up to 30 new scouts watching youth games to identify academy players. Any post on here? I just wondered how games would be allocated/ age groups or is it just existing coaches recommending players etc, Good to see the club are putting this in place which no doubt gives far more coverage in Edinburgh and surrounding areas
