Haha sorry didn't give much info. Basically I work in a warehouse. I was a drivers mate, but they started a new guy and he basically took my position and now I'm just standing about all the time with nothing to do and it's making me ill. Is this classed as bullying does anyone know?

Constructive dismissal perhaps if they're trying to sideline you in the hope that you quit.

Length of service?
Permanent Contract?
Have you discussed your concerns with your employer?
