Noticed today that some very sad person has removed the Hibernian Badge in the middle of the wreath that the club layed on Sunday. how sad this is. anyone else notice it.:grr:

Is it a sad, petty thing to do, to remove the Hibs badge? Yeah. But, it shouldn't be about point scoring, we care, we remember, regardless of whether the badge is there or not.

That is just pathetic. Shouldn't matter whether it's someone with an Irish bent or a Jambo roaster but I hope it
wasn't anyone connected with Hibs.
Poppy wreaths should be treated with a bit of respect.

Poor if true but I'd wager the act of 1 or 2 idiots. I'd hope and expect the majority of Hearts fans would condemn such an action.

Shameful if someone has removed it for whatever motive. This is about a show of respect and remembrance and Hibs have always attended and shown such respect at the Haymarket ceremony

Hard to argue.

I would certainly hope that was the reason. If it has been forcibly removed it is really scraping the barrel.

Could have been a wee Hibs fan who fancied a free badge for the bedroom wall. I highly doubt 99% of Yams would have done this, roasters though most of them are. I'll reserve judgment until we receive the ransom note :greengrin

Whether it be poppies, tellies or Hibs badges, that mob just cannot help themselves.

It was just strange that all the other badges were there and the Hibs one was off. I got a picture of the reef from Twitter that Hibs Laid, as I was passing today I was pointing it out to a friend and that was when I noticed it had gone. I think it's disgusting if someone has removed it.

There is enough chat about war memorials / poppies etc without getting all wound up about something where none of us know what happened.

I know that conspiracy theorists wont like to hear it, but as someone said earlier, it could have blown away.

Let it lie.

I really hope that this hasn't happened as a result of theft, that would just be disgraceful.

Hopefully there's a perfectly innocent explanation.

It was laid in respect and that act is all that matters.
Don't belittle the gesture with point scoring Imo.
And the they started it doesn't mean we go there too.

You have to nail everything down in this country otherwise it gets nicked or destroyed.

Hibs would be better laying a wreath at the memorial currently in Leith Treatment Centre on Remembrance Sunday.
