If I was Hibs I would be getting the half seasons out now when the momentum is with us. Offer a free game or two or make iit slightly more than half a season for slightly more money. Either way timing is everything with this kind of thing and the time is now.

Wish it was as easy to just say we are doing well lets get the half seasons out today. It will have been fitted into a timetable with all other items throughout the year and staff resources allocated for the launch. If we carry on winning folk will be queuing around the corner to get them. :greengrin

They will be out this month with 9 games starting against Raith on 2nd January. The perfect Christmas present for someone who hasn't got one already

Understand all that, but sometimes things need to be prioritised. Sell 1,000 or so half season at £180, nice wee but if additional income.
Any business worth its salt would focus on the quick wins

Should still get same sales in 2-3 weeks time though rather than a half baked launch where loads of supporters don't know about it and miss out on the seats they want.

Out of interest anyone getting one?

How hard can it be? We should be capitalising on the feel good factor now. A reverse on Saturday followed by a dropped point elsewhere an it will soon evaporate. Advertise it. Folks pick a seat. Could even add Decembers home games at a walk up discount as an incentive to it for even extra income. It's a card where games are added at the push of a button. I don't think it an be that difficult in this day and age. That's several folk asking the question since the weekend there's obviously an appetite for it. Would it even need that much advertising if folk are actively seeking out the product? We have a product folk want lets just sell the ******g thing.

A business that relies on a feel good factor needs to be agile. Yes we will need staff and a launch but these things can be made to happen quickly for a little extra cost. Sometimes you need to speculate to accumulate. It has been a very long time since we have had a team on the park that we can use to get more bums on seats. If we get a good draw on Monday we can also use the semi with the hint of a final in our marketing.

Season tickets get you into the habit of going, If you like your seat you end up wanting to keep it etc. If we go as early as we can on the half seasons there may even be an opportunity to market a last 4 games package which may be very attractive if we are toe to toe with the The Rangers.
