3 thirty yard runs in the first half and he lasted until 82 minutes.

Pleasure to watch.

How good was his back heel to put Jason through . Pity the linesman put his flag up . Pure class .

No idea why. He worked hard, and his back flick to Cummings was worth the entry fee.

Always best to be at the game...He was knackered after about 70 mins but worked really hard tonight.

Yep I actually thought subbing him was right. He looked shattered, no slight on his performance just that we need him fresh(ish) for Saturday.

My personal Dom highlight tonight was when he went to header a high ball with no one near him and somehow completely missed it. Not sure if he lost it in the lights or what but it was quite funny.

He was very good first half. Was still very good on the ball second half but was daundering about from ~70 minutes, bringing on a more energetic player to keep their defence stretched seemed like a good move.

Dom is class for the majority of the game , if he was class for 90mins he wouldn't be at hibs simples

He took a hefty challenge and was down for a short time, perhaps he had a slight knock, was speaking to bench a couple of times, maybe not discussing tactical changes before he was subbed.

Still think he is one of the most frustrating players we have had for a long time. Obvious talent, but.........

For years we've had players with no obvious talent which is even more frustrating.

I've criticised him in the past but he's really working and playing his part in the team. JC is learning of him and it evident that the two of them are controlling the ball well and bringing others into the game. I just wish Dom would compete for a header

There's nothing even remotely frustrating about having a player of Malonga's skill, technique and savvy in our team.

He's fantastic, and the opposition rightly fear him.

I thought he was brilliant tonight. He could be the perfect number ten for us, his wee back heel for Cummings was a perfect example. If he had slotted away that chance in the second half after what must have been 30 passes it would have been goal of the season!

I have often admitted I obviously know eff all about football, however I have watched it for many years. I find Dom frustrating.

I thought he was very good up until the 18 yard box. Needs to start adding a few goals.

But what??

Great feet. Jumps like a snake and misses the goal with too many free headers. Wild shots. I'm not snagging him down here by the way, if he was perfect he wouldn't be a hibby. I do feel he can do a lot better, hence the frustration.

I am a huge Mallonga fan.

He is great at taking the ball in in tight positions, holding it up and linking play.

It was noticeable to me that as he tired we lost control of the ball and game and United pressed us back a bit more.

Like all strikers who haven't scored too often recently he looks a but anxious / snatchy but he is absolute quality.

Think he's much more creative at the moment than at any stage last year, really starting to mature as a player. Long may it continue.

Rather have a player who can get us off our seats at times, rather than a footballer with nothing to offer, no matter how hard they graft.

Love the guy. He can be frustrating at times as he shows in one game how good he is and then next game he can be average.. However, if he was playing week in week out to the standard he shown against Aberdeen and Utd last night, he would be playing at a much higher level than us. So in a way I'm glad he has a few average games every now and again. Great footballing talent, lovely to see someone comfratable on the ball!

Quite enjoyed doms performance last night up until around 60/70 minutes, he went down after a challenge and looked very tired after that. He had a few good passes inside the box and definitely looked dangerous. Really is terrible in the air though, jumped for one ball that ended up bouncing around four yards behind him, should say, he did then win possession afterwards. :greengrin

He's the player defenders look for when in tight situations.Good job he makes himself available isn't it instead of hanging around the half way line doing no work as many here have accused him of.

Malonga was superb last night, along with the rest of the team (McGinn & Hanlon also deserve special mention). Not sure I've seen a more skilful player for us for a long time. Sure he can be frustrating at times and defensively he frightens me on the odd occasion he's un our own box! But he brings so much to the team. One if my first picks from our strong squad full of options. Things are looking up😊

Don't disagree. That's why I loved Ivan. 😀
