There cant be any doubt that the Scottish figures are skewed by the presence of Celtic ..... as the man said, lies damned lies and statics. If you take Celtic's revenue streams out of the equation I would guess things would look different.

For Doncaster to say that Celtic's wage bill being five times higher than their nearest competitors isn't a huge factor in their dominance of the league is probably the most naïve thing he has ever come out with .... and boy, that's saying something.

Though to be fair to him he has matched that by citing Aberdeen's 17 point deficit last season as proof that other teams can compete ....... if he sees that as a team pushing them I dread to think what it would take for him to recognise a lack of competition.
