Are the two connected?

Only by the word rank.

I've heard it said Alan Muir is a dyed in the wool, Celtic hating, hun.

Won't have much love for us I suppose. Watch out for more human errors.

Surely he can't have 2 rank games on the trot?

There's some amount of hysterical pish spouted about our refs. They don't cheat they are just often not very good.

I happen to agree Flash. I think that every referee supports or supported a particular team. They would not be referees if they didn't like football and would not like football without supporting a team. Percentages would tell us that they probably supported either the hun or the soap dodgers. Do they deliberately cheat? I don't think so, apart from Thompson that is. ☺

Some may not cheat but subconsciously give certain teams the benefit of the doubt.

Good news for us, if one of their regular starters is out.
Not sure I get the referee bit though.
Other teams and fans have made and kept the conspiracy patent, so those thoughts are best left to others?

Important that we get 3 points tonight and start pulling away from falkirk and to to start closing in on rangers before next week.

It's huge. We must get 3 points tonight if we are to have any chance of catching the new rangers.

I actually agree with that but last time I said it I got a bit of a slagging :greengrin

I've never heard of a Celtic supporting referee? I'm sure there has been one?

I would agree with that view, especially teams playing against Hibs :agree:GGTTH

He isn't a Celtic supporter.

He was a Hibs fan growing up but didn't have any favourites by the time he got into refereeing.

Not sure about now though.

Hmm, I know some people who I think are Masons but aren't hun supporters. 😂

I worked beside George in the very late 60's and in a conversation with him asked him who he supported.

"Hibs" was his reply, so no need for conjecture as far as I am concerned.
