Just shows how far bullying posh folk can go if they choose the right shroud to wave.

I'm missing something here I'm sure, but what does that mean in reference to the article?

:agree: baffling.

Batmanghelidjh will get pilloried by people on the right: female, minority background, flamboyant and a 'do-gooder'.

I mean, she deserves of course to be fully held to account and answer some pretty searching questions about her role. However, from what I've seen and read in the last couple of days, there's enough there that it's her in particular that makes some commentators want to put the boot in.

They got a roasting from the committee though - some of it is painful viewing. Cam and Co are in it up to their necks, too: he ploughed 3mil the way of KidsCo literally within a few weeks if not days of it going pear-shaped and there were many indications at that time that things weren't right. Not just him though - between three governments covering three parties from 2007, 30mil of public money has been blown on the organisation.

It's interesting how politicians get impressed by people. Salmond and others found Trump irresistible. You just have to watch the video of the Holyrood Committee to see that the Trump Resort had cross-party support and the local people were treated as little more than a pain in the arse to letting him get his way.
