Heading off to the airport tomorrow. Have never felt so deflated going to an away game.

I'm sure I'll perk up when I have my first pint.

Just got back from Portugal yesterday. Was gutted to be missing the match but not so much after last night.

I'm sure you'll enjoy the trip, football aside.
How many Scotland fans are we expecting in The Algarve

Flight to Lisbon tomorrow. Down to Faro early on game day. Having a pint or 3 now. Looking forward to it.

Going to the fan party at Faro marina on Sunday. I'll be the one wearing a kilt 😝

I know a couple who left on Wednesday before the home game against Poland. Seems strange to me when your trip's meant to be centred around the football.

Heading out in the morning. All my usual crowd going and most with the WAGs and kids in tow. Should make for a very different trip. Gutted that it's now a dead rubber but s week on the Algarve is never a bad thing.

Around 10,000 Scots were making the trip, a few one and two day trippers will give it a miss and I suspect a few more will give the game a miss now.

It wax supposed to be a huge party, huge wake now!

My sister done that.

Her trips are centered around the socialising rather than the football though. Seems bizarre to me, expensive trip for a couple of days on the piss but each to their own.

The flights were probably much cheaper than flying out today or tomorrow. We did much the same prior to the 2-0 game in Kiev, missing out on the win against France was a bugger but, we were well looked after in Kiev so didn't let it bother us too much.

Faro is a nice place. Good restaurants around the marina. You may notice storks nesting on the rooftops and one on a lamp post outside the Hotel Faro.

It's p'ing down on Algarve today. Big street party planned in Albufeira tonight, apparently 3,000 signed up but with weather & result on Thurs may be a tad anticlimactic! Still, 25 dregs & sunny tomorrow & if you're a Hibs/Scotland supporter it's always going to be sunny tomorrow!

Where's this supposed street party? Old town or new town?
