17th January, H. Brown scored Hibs 500th Scottish Cup goal against St Cuthbert’s Wanderers in a 3-1 home win.
April, Despite a 3-2 home win over Hearts in front of a crowd of only 2000, in the second last game of the season, (Wilson Cup Final), Hibs were to end the season in 19th place in the league and were relegated, having only won nine, drawn seven and lost twenty-two league games.
