That was an interesting read, I can't ever see Corbyn being the man who takes labour into the next general election, but his election as leader will have woken the rest of his party up a bit to the fact that there is a place for a left of centre party in this country.

In amongst all the pessimism, it's worth remembering that human beings are remarkably resourceful creatures and we can achieve almost anything we put our mind to.

It's also human nature to be frightened of change and therefore be dismissive of those who want to affect it.:rolleyes:

This is true.

I'm an interested onlooker. I'm moving to York in December and my new MP is a Tory who increased his majority in May.

My best option appears to be tactically vote for the liberals so I posted the link as I thought it was an interesting take on the situation.

People are naturally resistant to change, an amygdala hijack, if you will, but the article does have its merits.
