I've heard much worse tbh. It strikes me as a song they'll use for advertising the club rather than one that's going to be sung by the fans.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect to hear it from the terraces, but it's bloody awful, A slightly more polished version of those Chas and Dave/Glenn Hoddle combos the 80's were so notorious for.
