A wee sorry would have been nice for those who would have intended going this afternoon.

WTF is a development game being postponed for now ! Weather it's lovely injuries excuse me its development we can play up to 5 overage players and why not play younger if short as results don't matter. Anyone in the know as to why

Maybe Dundee have requested a postponement?

I should add probably because they want a game on grass to aid players coming back from injury.

It's a shame as we might have had a chance to see a couple of these mythical strikers we appear to have on the books, Lord Lucan could have played on the wing.

Dundee didn't have a keeper to play. Sean Brennan went in goals for them in the bounce match. Farid scored a hat-trick.

Sounds good would imagine he will probably be targeting the Dumbarton game in a couple of weeks.
Would assume we wouldn't gamble on him at Queens due to artificial pitch though maybe an option from the bench.

Stubbs hasn't mentioned him so can't see him suddenly being on bench for that one .
He is saying Foster and Feruz back in training this week and Fyfie and Keatings next week but no mention of Anier So at least in next three weeks we should have more options .

I think the poster is on the wind, think the reason the game was moved to a closed doors game, was due to Dundee struggling for players

I saw him after the game putting his hat on next to a fancy white car. He was wearing training gear.

I also saw Eckersley with a small child with a green dummy in its mouth.

Nothing gets past these :eyes: - reportage at its finest.

Eckersley should be back in training next week following his knee op, Anier has a thigh strain and is another couple of weeks away. Keatings training next week. Good to hear Farid played and got a goal last night. I imagine we may only play him on grass pitches.

I couldn't see from the bushes  but think that's probably someone at the wynd up Billy
Although with all the speculation about him it's just good news he played as he clearly needs games to see if Amy reaction to his injuries and if not that could be him on way back .Stubbs did say he hoped to see him playing in September so he was right ,but think he won't be risked too early as that's what happened the last time .

Why is is it there at all would be a good question,.

They had a puzzling article the other day about Boyle and the crux of it was he had been replaced by Malonga against Aberdeen and was delighted to get the nod ahead of him at the weekend. That's great other than the fact Malonga replaced Cummings.

According to the BBC Malonga came on for Cummings 

To be clear the article was referring to the Aberdeen game - Boyle was on the park until he was replaced by Bartley at the end. Malonga replaced Cummings.

The gist of the article was that Boyle was replaced by Malonga in that game and so was happy to keep his place for the St Mirren game.

The Edinburgh reporters surely don't have that many things to keep track of that they keep getting so much wrong?!
