31st March, Hibs played Celtic in the final of the Scottish Cup in front of a crowd of 80,100. Hibs lost 1-0.
They reached the final after beating Clackmannan, Peebles Rovers, Queen’s Park, Aberdeen and Third Lanark without losing a goal along the way.
