Patterson should have been red carded for a bad foul and then barging through the ref brandishing the yellow card. It wasn't the impetus of his movement that ran him into the ref but more a 'stuff you' gesture.

It's absolutely disgraceful how Hearts are picked on by different refs. None of their sendings off were deserved of course, and even though their disiciplinary record in the top league was the worst of pretty well any other team over the last few seasons, they were obviously getting picked on then as well. The totally unbiased commentary from BBC Sportsound is so accurate as well, you could tell how bad they felt as Hearts were beaten again. But not to worry- Craig Thomson will help them out if it gets really bad. That Willie Collum guy? How does he get to referee all these games that players have had players sent off? Ooops, it's not just him, all the referees are against Hearts, except at Tynecastle where they are always impartial of course.

To be fair a lot of them over there are roundly condemning those who were singing and those who are sticking up for the perpetrators. I've always thought there was a bit of an undercurrent at hearts but I also think that a lot of them just want to move on and get with the times. You don't want to hear that crap any more at the football, especially if you're with your kids and it's good to hear that the racist/sectarian songs were being challenged and booed.

Scott Brown got away with the same type of challenge 15 minutes ago

Exactly. I don't think Brown even got a booking for that similar challenge.

Aberdeen looked like the team that were going to go on and win the game! Something had to be done. Like us at ibrox last season with handling sending off!

Andy Walker is a ****ing slaver.

Yup.

Any decent pundit would be questioning why Celtic are so poor, Griffiths being totally isolated for most of the game. Instead he's waxing lyrical about Nir Bitton who has hardly influenced the game. For the top 2 teams there has been quite a dearth of quality. But Walker is from the Michael Owen breed of say what you see pundits

Anyone watching the Man Utd Liverpool match? Utterly appalling. No shots on target from either side in 45 mins. Players on 200k a week who can't control or pass a ball. Shocking. #bestleagueintheworld

Indeed they are, I had £20 @ 4s on a West Ham win BTTS bet, bit annoying!
