What a great goal! Was that Fyvie with the driving run & superb through ball?

You're right, it was Fyvie who passed it through to Gray who then made the assist to Cummings.

Good to see players piling into the box when Cummings scored, that's something i felt we should have been doing more of yesterday.

Surely not. Only Allan can do that.

I could have sworn their keeper made some really good saves too.

He made about 4 or 5 at point blank range

It was poor "highlights"!
Never showed Gray's header off the line or Malongas shocker when he was onside from 6 yards out

Gray's header is there but highlights still missed quite a bit.

Boyle penalty looked a pen at time and highlights looks like a 2 hand push !

Did he not have another off the line from a corner?

Yep...The defender on the post cleared it off the line :agree:

How is that not a pen? Pushes him over Ffs. It's really not a hard decision

He wasn't onside, the linesman signalled for Offside, Malonga knew it and left till he saw it going wide and flung a boot at it. It was still poor but it wasn't a simple as him missing a great chance.

It wasn't flagged for offside. I think malonga assumed he was but the Lino didn't flag. It was he left foot which he appears to only use to stand on!

Think every one gets told to play to the whistle, a clinical striker would've had it in the back of the net whether the flag was up or not. A goal scorer wouldn't be thinking "I'm offside I'll just leave it".

Linesman didn't signal offside and ref gave bye kick.

Kept his flag down throughout and the referee pointed to bye kick

There was a bit of chat around us just after that event that maybe the linesman was still getting to grips with the 'new' offside rule (cant see why?).

It happened almost in line with us and he was a mile offside - my opinion is he knew it and didnt bother too much with the shot. As soon at he connected, lino started to put his flag up.

Has to be said, the officials were crap on saturday - not just the pen denial for us, but also a ridiculous corner award to us when fontaine clearly headed it out.

I thought the ref had lost control half way through the first half, when he dished out two or three yellows in the space of 5 mins.

At the point a goal kick would be taken.

Just watched the extended highlights from hibs TV. Never showed the one on one save from oxley or any highlights after the goal? No commentary either?

Hopefully the whole game goes up.

What a difference having Boyle and Carmichael though. Direct players, boyles pace causes defences real trouble.

Carmichael was poor, he made no difference.

Think saying he was poor is a bit harsh. The guy clearly isn't a left sided winger as he was constantly having to come on to the inside. There was very little movement in front of him but he could have took his man on a lot more than he did

Carmichael was poor, he made no difference.

He really to play in the right, every time he crossed he had to cut back 1st and it became predictable. There wasn't much understanding down the left, most of Lewis and Carmichael's runs were ignored when normally Lewie would get played in when he makes those runs.

Don't see the point of signing a left winger that's really a right winger.

Does anybody have hibs tv? any thoughts about it?

cannae get to the games at the minute,

and trying to find highlights is like looking for the lost tribe of sierra madre, but really looking for live coverage.

Can you get a trial first?
