Don't disbelieve you but according to whom?

Basing this on today's papers

The offer for boyhood Rangers supporter Allan was £300,000 and the Ibrox club were told it is nowhere near enough. (Daily Express)

Rangers will return with an improved offer for Allan after their £100,000 bid was knocked back. Daily Record (http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/hibs-reject-100000-bid-rangers-6120383)

Looks to me like papers just pull a figure out of the sky.

Wigan probably paid Rangers to take them off their hands. Caldwell desperate to get bodies out the door, as they are a club/team on a downward spirral

I think that's why Leeann did it. I don't think they have paid out any fees apart from Holt. I don't think they have the money. They now know any bid with us will be public and embarrassing for them if they don't get their man.

Was meaning who stated the transfer fee for the Wigan boys not how much they offered for SA. I am assuming it is the press making figures up and there is no substance to it?
