So folks we have a good squad, who do people think are our top 3 players for best first touch.

I will go for:

1. SA
2. Lewis
3. Grey

Don't want to pick any order but for me Malonga, Allan and Stevenson have wonderful touches, wee Lewis in particular is very underrated as far as this goes.

Stevenson. Almost as good a first touch as Murphy.

Stevenson's isnae bad at all but I think people get carried away.

A first touch at this level isn't just being able to control a ball that's played firmly at you... the way Scott Allan can take a touch and is instantly ready to do what he planned as his next step with the ball is a proper 'first touch'.

And I am a big Stevenson fan before anyone starts :greengrin

The worst first touch by a mile has to be Cummings. It's almost O'Connoresque.
