Great experiences for 4-15 year olds!Why not copy Hibs fan, Dave Harrold, and enrol your child in a Hibernian football camp? With prices from as little as £7 for 2 hours, and camps running at Meadowbank, Selkirk FC and Hibernian's own training facility near Ormiston, there's something for all 4-15 year olds. There are also girls-only and goalkeeping camps on offer.
Dave Harrold was not convinced that his son was ready for a football camp, as Sorley can be very quiet in new surroundings and Dave thought there was a good chance he might not last the week at Easter camp.
However, Dave and Sorley were so delighted with his experience, that Dave wrote to tell us about it: "From the first morning when we were very impressed, all the coaches were so child-focused and seemed to work out quickly the different personalities. Sorley was greeted by name warmly each morning, and escorted from the drop-off zone to the pitches. He would talk afterwards each day about Messi flicks, Ronaldo step-overs and all else that went on.
He continued, "The combination of a fantastic football dedicated facility in great surroundings with excellent coaches made this a great and memorable experience for Sorley and credit to the first team players who spent time with the kids signing everything put in front of them and posing for photos."
Following the camp, Sorley attended his first Hibs game, and Dave reckons his son has now "developed the emotional resilience required for climbing onto the Hibees roller coaster, but that is him on-board now and asking if he can wear my scarf."
