Can I buy a ticket for someone not on the database as a season ticket holder? I assume I'd have to register them for the database beforehand.

Wasn't sure if it was even possible but just called the ticket office and they sorted it out.

Can you maybe get a refund on the tickets and go for the top up instead...?

Yes. You don't need to register them either unless their wanting loyalty points.

Seem to be having problems with tickets for this game on the online portal. Usually you get the usual green blocks in the stands but this time I am getting grey blocks and then it comes up with red error messages
