Never made yesterday's game as the weather looked a bit dodgy.

Another win for Scotland in the 2nd warm-up match v Jersey yesterday with a 69 run win after scoring 199-5 in their 20 overs with Jersey requiring 163 from 15 overs via the D/L method after a short rain delay ending up on 93-9.

Got away from Scotland when Barresi scored 70+ from 40 balls. Also when the Dutch skipper scored a quick 50.

Good wins for Scotland and Oman today making the group standings fairly tight. Scotland should beat Canada meaning the remaining match against Oman might be a decider.

Sorry folks, just got to the pub. Scotland have won by 23 runs taking them to the top of the group on net run rate. Afghan games has been abandoned so it all comes down to Kenya v Netherlands game this afternoon. A Dutch win means Scotland top the group and qualify automatically, a Kenya win takes them top and Scotland will play the 3rd place team in group a to qualify.

Scotland qualify by 0.06 runs per over from the Netherlands, who bowled Kenya out for 97 and chased it in 8.3 overs.

Scotland go straight to the semi finals and qualify for the tournament next year. Netherlands, Afghanistan and Oman are in the playoffs, 2 from those 3 will also qualify.
