Holiday apartment in Edinburgh

I've got 4 friends coming up on the 17th July for the weekend, trying to do it as cheaply as possible accommodation wise. Does anyone know of any cheap holiday let serviced apartments in Edinburgh. All seem rather pricey for what you get.

Or anyone know anyone whose got a flat sitting empty who would like to make some money for 2 nights?

Would stay at mine but I've sold my flat and moving out that day

Staycity apartments near Grove st were ideal and reasonable for us a couple of months back.
