Actor Patrick Macnee, star of The Avengers TV series, has died in California at the age of 93.

Forget Joanna Lumley. Imagine being paid to work with Diana Rigg ....

The Avengers used to be my regular Saturday evening TV after the football. Some really weird storylines, but one didn't watch it for the quality of the writing.
