Good interview with Craig Flannigan in there. Worth a quick watch just to get an idea of what's being done this pre season.

Good spot. Wonder if there will be a match this time.

La Manga twice in the space of 2 months or so ain't bad but can't be cheap for us. Absolutely great to hear how professional we are approaching pre season but surely that has to be wages for a decent player for the squad?

I was honoured, like many others here, to listen to Craig Flannigan's presentation on the Hibs.net visit to East mains and I thought Craig was absolute class. His presentation was terrific and the passion in him with regard to sports science and players being professionals was plain to see for all. I think guys like Craig Flannigan, Paul Greene and Graham Mathie have been, and will be going forward post Stubbs (hopefully many years away), the best appointments Hibs have ever made.

Perhaps without knowing anything about this. Getting it right at the start of the year could pay for itself in terms of performance and injury prevention? Not an expense but an investment and protection against future costs..

absolutely brilliant to hear that such a high level of preparation is going in to the pre-season. I doubt any other club in Scotland bar Celtic is run as well behind the scenes as Hibs at the moment.

That's a good shout actually, we really do need to maximise everything we do..... It's all in the incremental improvements ..... A bit like the Tour de France teams who have a van transporting the teams mattresses, bedding and such to make it as familiar as possible each night to maximise the chances of a good sleep.
