I don't think that's a fair comparison at all - most transgender people don't chose to be one gender or the other, whereas this person has deluded herself (and others) into believing a total fabrication.

She's had a prolonged exposure to black culture through her siblings and has assumed a familiarity that she now believes she conforms to. Her actions are voluntary and sinister.
