Aye, it's tragic. Is it just an aftershock or a full blown earthquake? Seems like the latter, sadly.

An aftershock of sorts but a whole new event - the tension in the fault will simply have shifted further down the line. I doubt this will be the last one but they should gradually drop in their magnitude.
