Great goal but more importantly and fantastic show of unity and backing for Stubbsy and his team ....... No doubt a GIRFUY moment to that fud Houston at the same time

One of the things that struck me (and it's more flagrant on the Hibs TV highlights) is the way that a player on a half season loan ran to celebrate with the bench.

Having now seen just how many fans were in our stand behind the goal I can conclusively say there were far more Hibs fans than Falkirk fans yesterday. It's hard to judge when you are in the stand but definitive now.

3 excellent goals. Great to see.

The hibs.tv guy reading the scripted highlights is just dreadful. Some voices just don't cut it and his is one of them.

A few points.

The first goal. Brilliant to see the whole bench up and celebrating with each other. Great.

Second. I enjoyed watching king malongoals looking at the advertising board thinking 'how do I get my foot out of here?'

Third. The dummy from JC was brilliant

Fourth. The pass from Cummings was absolutely sublime for Malonga

Also. Liam Craig's celebration for malongas goals tells a story. He wants us to go up a lot. It's very very obvious.
He is showing a lot of passion

Good to see the highlights showing Boyles skill on lead up to goal.

Pretty funny seeing Malonga get his foot stuck in advertising board !

Hibs please sort out the commentary - very weird.

It was like as if they had videod (sp) it with no sound.then added his voice. Would have loved to have heard the fans celebrating the goals. However as i dinnae pay for HTV i shouldnt complain

I like HTV and appreciate the service they provide but i'd agree. Just leave it without the commentary so we can hear the celebrations.

Just so i'm clear and not missing anything here through age-related stupidity but... the BBC website has Hearts, Rangers/Sevco, Livi, QoS, Alloa, C'beath.... but no Hibs. Is that right? Really?

And yes, I've seen the highlights on Hibs TV but (a) they have no sound and (b) there's a principal here surely...

Hibs are irrelevant to the BBC and the SPFL :agree:

But make sure you pay for your play off ticket and TV licence

I think this was due to it only being on FalkirkTV, so the original commentary was done by Falkirk - the HTV commentating recorded over it was probably better than whatever the original comments were on the goals! but in future it would be good to see Hibs have their own camera man and commentator in these kind of situations!

Everyone around me was questioning it but it was a fair decent strike. Must've been working in it in training. Wish we still had deek on fks ;)

Not really 'Highlights', just 1 minute and 25 seconds (including replays) to show the goals - could BBC WEEG be more dismissive ??

3 excellent goals. Great to see.

Whoever scripts them should remember that less is always more in commentary. Sounds to me as if the writer set out to fill every moment of the video clip instead of just interposing brief comments at the relevant points - the goals, the missed chances, and Jordon's injury. But it WAS awful.

As Richie Benaud said, "Put your brain into gear and if you can add to what's on the screen then do it; otherwise shut up."

Third goal was a beauty - lovely pass out from Lewis to Jason, nice diagonal from Jason to Dom, inch-perfect finish just inside the post from him. Golaie had no chance. Just like Man City at the Lane yesterday ...
