Parking at Falkirk

First time heading through to Falkirk, anyone got any idea where is best to park?

You should get parked up at the college which is pretty much right over the road

Couple of options:

The stadium has parking but I'm guessing you'll have to pay. The new Helix Park (with the horses heads) next door has parking but it'll be busy and they charge too I think. The college has parking and is a 5min walk and the main retail park has plenty of parking and is about 15mins walk.

Either park in the stadium car park if you're there early enough (it fills up quickly), it costs £4 for cars, or alternatively park at Forth Valley College, which is around a 5 minute walk away.

The Helix will be heaving at that time of day on a Saturday so I doubt if you'll get parked in there but you can try. It would take about 10 minutes to walk across from the car park to the stadium.

Alternatively park in my driveway, although you would need to get a bus or taxi down to the stadium as I stay about 3 miles away! :greengrin

Got parked in the Falkirk end of the stadium car park last time and no-one asked me for any money. I even asked the steward if it was still £4 and he said he didn't know anything about a charge!
