It was just the monthly award. Don't think he's even nominated for the SPFL young player of the year.

Although its just PFA young player of the year. Not sure if each division will have its own award.

The only explanation for it is that they don't do young player awards for each division. It's strange if they don't, though.

Done a fantastic job for Hibs given his age an what was expected of him at the beginning of the season. Deserves more recognition.

If voted for by players, could it be....

... Defenders would find the bigger, older and more all-round strikers more difficult to play against? Jason could score a couple and barely lay a finger on a centre half for the rest of the game.
