I think with the Derby looming over us we need to think about the mentality we take in to tomorrow's game. Half an hour in to the game last week the booing and frustration was already started to show. All we need to do is listen to the interview El Alagui gave during week saying that it was because of the reception he received from the fans when he came on that urged him to give 110% and leave everything on the pitch. We need to roar the team on from the start tomorrow and if we go behind (not going to happen) then we need to sing, chant and roar even louder. In respect of 2nd place we must win tomorrow and if we play the way we did at the last home Derby we WILL beat them, no doubt about it. This is our home, too often the players and fans alike have been soft touchs. It really is time to stand up, behind counted and our boys on to victory. GGTTH!

I agree with the sentiment of this post and hope that we will all be focused behind the team instead of scoring points over their fans. Thats too easy to do but to stay focused on the game is the most difficult thing us fans have to do! We want to win, we need to win and the team needs us to will them to win!
There is no place for negativity tomorrow even should we (God forbid we do) get beat, they will come at us from the start. They will flood the midfield and try to stop the wing backs coming forward. Its up to Stubbs, who will know this, to make sure our midfield has the protection it needs to deliver that pass or ball that will make the difference! We CAN do this! the last three games we have let them off the hook and thrown away two points each time.

Make no mistake this is Hearts we are playing they will kick and punch off the ball, niggle us, kick the ball away and then play for time right from the start We can expect no help from the referee so we have to do this ourselves, each player will have to play with his heart on his sleeve (even you Malonga) and give it his all!
All thoughts of next weeks semi final need to be put behind us so we can concentrate on this game first!

No matter how often our players come out and categorically state that positive backing and encouragement produces positive results and booing and abuse produces negative results, there will always be morons coming on here with their pathetic excuses to attempt to justify the abuse hurled towards our players.

Because a large number of football fans in general are ****ing stupid.
