Vouchers For Section 43 vs Gunts

Not in this particular 'Sect'*, but here's my understanding of it....


The former 'Section 43' moved to the front of the East Stand, to separate themselves from more 'unruly elements'. Entry to the section they're now in in is apparently strictly controlled, you need the Voucher to get in.

If the only criteria is actually asking for one, what's the point? There has to be some folk that need to be kept out or the system wouldn't have been started surely?
