Showed more spirit and determination than anyone else in his half hour or so. Id start him on Wednesday and give him an hour or so. Even half fit he at least makes his presence known.

Still looks miles off it. But at least he showed some appetite and actually put the odd challenge in.

Great to see a proper centre forward back in the team.

But looked a yard of the pace and perhaps to early for a start, great for the run in with the semi final etc.

Great to have him back . The difference when he came on was night and day .He has to start midweek v Dumbarton .

Better to start him and have to take him off than bring him on we are having to chase the game.

A half fit farid is better than a fully fit malonga or Djedje. He must start on Wednesday.

A bit worried that the amount of game time yesterday may stop him from starting on Wednesday.

Id still have him on the bench vs Dumbarton, with a view to starting in the derby.

I think teams have started to figure us out now, and so to have him back at such an important time could be key to how we finish the season. If opposition pack the midfield against us we may have to bypass it at times, so El Alagui (and imo Boyle) are much more suited to that than the likes of Malonga and Cummings.
