Not really an issue. You ever been on the continent. There is football graffiti painted on walls, train stations and so on. Don't let a sticker annoy you.

There are far more annoying things happening in town, like smokers who throw their cigs on the ground when thier bus is coming, despite there being a bin about 2 metres away from them.

Then you tell them to put it in the bin and they just look at you, expressionless, like they don't see the problem.

I hate those people.
