I would like to attend that one, but cant on the night in question. If I was to E Mail something for the agenda does anybody know if it would still be included if I wasn't there?

It would probably depend on what the item was and whether those at the meeting had the information needed to discuss it fully.

It's normal for anyone putting something on the agenda to open the discussion.
