I'm trying to renew just now, I'm currently a student season ticket holder and will be again next season. However, when trying to renew I can't get any other option than an adults ticket. Any advice or will I just have to phone up?

I had the same issue with my son. He had to go down and fill in a form saying he will be a student next year and he has to show his card as soon as he gets it. If you have a letter from college or uni stating you have a place next year take it with you.
