Man Utd just eqaulised against Arsenal.

A wonderful goal by Monreal cancelled out by a bullet header by Rooney from a great cross by Di Maria.

Been quite fiery so far.

This is the best I've seen United play all season although their defence is still static at times. They don't miss Van Persie on this form.

Sir David Gray

What a cross that was earlier on from Di Maria.

Good header from Rooney too.

The Arsenal move that lead to their goal wasn't bad either to be fair.

Both goals were excellent.

However if I was UTD I would target Metasaker cos he is the week link in that back 4.

Agreed.

Put his goalkeeper in all kinds of trouble.

Bellerin fortunate to escape a second booking there.

Yeah on second viewing, it was probably Valencia mainly at fault.

It was never a dive in the first place but having been booked, laying your hands on the referee is just asking for trouble.

You must be watching a different match to the one I'm watching - because those 3 posts are utter guff.

He wasn't just touched on the arm though, he was pulled back.

I agree that he wasn't waiting for an invite to go down but it wasn't a dive.

A dive, as far as I'm concerned, means that someone has gone down after no contact at all.

Not a chance, he dived just like the lad who came on as sub just dived. Take the man u tinted glasses off, the ref has got it spot on twice.

I still think Di Maria was unlucky to be booked although his actions following the yellow card were stupid.

Game over. Good game although Utd never really showed up in the 2nd half.

There really has to be questions asked about Van Gaaal. He's yesterdays man and with the money he's spent the football and results are honking.

Too many sub standard players at Man Utd and a manager that feels like he doesnt know what he is doing with the team. Jones, Smalling, Fellaini, Shaw not good enough and the new signings Van Gaal has made havent worked.

Exciting stuff although a bit short on skill. United ran out of ideas in the second half. They just pumped it up to the big man. Arsenal deserved it and should have scored a couple more.

The ref was the star.

:agree: Utter keech.

He'll be given much longer than Moyes, given his pedigree and the fact that he's somehow got them into the top four as things stand.

However most of the performances I've seen this season have been boring.

Just finished watching the game i thought it was a not too bad a game for me the referee mike oliver had a great game with his assistants got every major decision spot on di maria dived he took another step or two then went down then to pjll the refs shirt after being booked was stupid. And that dive by juanazai is just beyond belief. Correct result Man utd look laboured and will be interesting to see how they get on against spurs this weekend

Got to agree I'm a big Man U fan but the ref did not bottle any big decisions LVG has got a massive rebuilding programme to do which I believe starts at carrington nothing is really coming through the youth system the new signings are have not worked to date!
That defence is a disaster no leaders at the back!
Still give me the fa cup with utd or some other trophy in Scotland with Hibs its a no brainer!

I can understand that but the tactic of punting it up to his big head should be effective. Trouble is he hasn't got any brains and you also need someone to feed off him.

Cant see past a caley win to be honest. Rangers should get a full house and that will probably help them a lot.
