Pay at the gate? Or go down a bit earlier and buy from the ticket office direct?

Your client red is on your season ticket if you have one.

Can you log into your account? You only need your e-mail address and password to do that and you'll get your client ref once you're in.

Just go down to the ticket office before the game and buy a ticket from there.

Lapsed season ticket holder considering a return :-)

I must be on database as I got a letter about buying shares but trying to log in is proving fruitless

I also want to start accruing loyalty points, how do I link tommorow's tickets to that if I cant find ref no or access online account?

Does your letter not have your ref number quoted?

There are a few numbers on this letter

What would a client reference number typically look like?

How many digits?

Thanks all

Mines a 6 digit number, starting 11
Had thought the ref number was on the letter but it may be a false memory.

To be fair, a name and address to the ticket office staff and they'll find you & sort you out

I'm sure you can sign up the booking website without your ref number. I certainly didn't have mine. Then you can print at home tickets.

Though you might end up getting 2 sets of letters from hibs.

Right

Transaction has gone through and I have bought 2 tickets to print at home, but don't see any sign of said tickets to print them

How does this work?

Thanks

A file for printing tickets comes in a separate email.

Normally right away but it took 20 minutes for my e-mail to come through a couple of weeks ago.

You've definitely chosen the print at home option then.

Have you checked your e-mail spam/junk folder?
