A few people have asked how they do this so here's a step by step guide..........

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select your preferred monthly contribution.

Fill in your Personal and Banking details on that page and hit the Continue button.

That's pretty much it!


Shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes :greengrin

Gonna sign up just now. Can you choose your DD date? Or change this when you're signed up?

Your DD date will be 4-5 days after you sign up, so if you sign up today it'll be around the 10th of every month.

I believe you can change it once you've signed up but you have to contact HSL to do that. I think :greengrin

How does that work when you live abroad? With no British bank account.
can you pay monthly from credit card? Never heard of GoCardLess - is it like paypal where you register your credit card with them and it comes off your credit card account?

It is a company set up to administer Direct Debit's for companies so you provide your bank details to them :aok: It looks like it can only be used for UK and European bank a/c's for now though https://gocardless.com/faq/merchants#international-payments-tab

The monthly payment option is only available to those who have a UK bank account. As an overseas fan you could use the single payment option.

Thanks for the info. I don't have the money now for the single payment. I plan to do the single payment later instead.
