I missed out on a ticket for tomorrow but, having already booked trains, time-off and accommodation, don't want to miss out on a potentially good night in the weej. Are there any/many other hibees out there thinking similarly and if so, which pubs are folk thinking of going to before and during the match?

We'll be heading to Dow's which is across the road from queens street before the game.

As theres nowt competing with it, most pubs will put it on for you. Pogue Mahones on Seel Street tends to be good and anti-rangers, if you can put up with the celticyness of the place. If you like good beer, then The Dispensary on Renshaw Street is a cracking wee boozer and they'll put the game on for you no bother.

We are heading through at lunch time and are booked into a hotel too. Not sure where the best place to start off with?

We are driving through and staying at Springfield Quay. Probably have a bite to eat first then get on it 🍻 not sure how close we are to the city centre/pubs though.

The ibis is a pie throw from Ibrox. Best bet would be to eat in one of the Indians in Tradeston and then head back into town or up to Bytes Road for a peeve.

I live in Glasgow so I am wondering the same. I reckon a pub in Gallowgate or the Brazen head would be the only places I can think of where there would be no Rangers fans present!
Most city centre pubs would be fine though. McChuills or Committee Rooms will be the best shout I think.

Lots of good boozers on Argyle St in Finnieston which is a short-ish walk over the Clyde from the Quay. Lebowskis, Brass Monkey, Distill, Neighbourhood etc all pretty decent and most of them serve food as well.

Great pub, great music and had many good Mod nights in there. Live music too and Celtic/Hibs friendly.

Head to The Allison Arms (beside Queens Park Station) then taxi to the game.

For drinking shops you are two minutes from the horseshoe - should be getting busy now.

The Lab is just off Buchanan Street is a hidden gem if you want to go up a notch from the Horseshoe.

Moved to the counting house as meeting a pal here. How far is the horseshoe from here?

I stopped off in the Brazen Head after a semi defeat to Aberdeen at Hampden a few years ago. What a total cesspit! Horrible pub frequented by the dregs of Glasgow.

Ha yes it is a total dive. I was thinking more along the lines of pubs with no huns around! Is anyone going to any glasgow bars to watch the game tonight?

Nah it's pretty mixed. Watched an old firm game in there before sevco went bust and it was 50/50

I'm sitting in Bensons on Dalry Road listening to Edinburgh based Celtic fans fawning over Hearts fans in the pub, I'm going for a spew!

Heading to the Crafty Pig on Great Western Road. Does decent burgers. Didn't fancy chancing my luck in the home end at Ibrox.
