I'm intending going along if I can get away from work.
Not expecting to see too many 1st team players, as we play on Friday night? Maybe Cerny and Handling?

For anyone thinking of attending. There is no vehicle access from Ferry Road at the Morrisons junction. There is a diversion signposted via Crewe Toll.

Wonder who the trialist is? You would think if it was for the first team he'd be starting so maybe a young lad.

I was hoping that also however I think the manager was trying to give as much game time as possible to the two strikers on the pitch. JC looked knackered at times.

Not at the game, but from what I've seen of the lad so far, he's got the makings of a top drawer centre forward. Big, strong, physical and can play. What better way to celebrate signing a new deal that by scoring a treble?

Well I made it down to my first development game and thought the football played was pretty good.

Crane impressed me as did Scott (bar losing the ball for their first goal).

Allan is clearly playing above this level but not convinced he is 100% ready for first team yet.

Thought ICT no. 10 had a great game.

All in all a good way to spend a Tues afternoon. Decent crowd. Baltic though.

Was quite impressed with Quitongo - lots of good movement never letting them settle or give them time on the ball. All in all a good performance today I thought although a couple of mistakes cost us two goals, but that's how the youngsters will learn.

Didn't realise the Caley no 4, Lewis Horner. Clueless Colin have him a 3 year deal, then Fenlon came in and the guy disappeared off the scene

Yes, he's big and strong, and has a great work ethic. Took all his goals well, and I think he's just turned 18. I was also really impressed with Calum Crane today

Crane's been playing left back, but I think he's better a bit further forward. I expect Lewis Allan will go out on loan as soon as our strike force are all fit. Forfar and Berwick managers were there today, and Jimmy Nichol has been to a lot of Hibs development games as well

I went to this today and hamil was torture took off before got sent off. El hass was gash, Gary Oliver really impressed me today. Most of the hears first team were there watching, amazed me how small most of them are, even big sow wasn't as big as he looks on television. Pish game though.

Whats Allan like for pace?

Only seen him yesterday for the first time. Moderate I would say. Certainly not "speedy". Relies on his bulk more than his speed. Looks a bit like a young Wayne Rooney in terms of physique.

Hope I'm wrong but he reminds me a wee bit of that big guy than played up front with Byrne - was it Deane? Looked good at that level with his physique but stuggled to develop.

I think the coaching staff we have in place now well help these guys progress into proper first team players.
