The odds for us on fri are 7/2 for the win, 6/1 btts and 17/2 for hibs win and the rangers not to score! Pretty tasty odds id say.

:faf: To be fair , one of them does seem to have been broken when he arrived, or was damaged trying to escape from the back of the transit they were all herded into for the journey up.

Cant see you getting 6/1 on both teams to score evens at best, unless its an online promotion to get you to sign up

The guy who went of with a dodgy hamstring didn't convince me. I'm sure he just wanted out if there.

Did the 5 loan signings play and if so, how did they play?

Next time that Rangecastle play, I would play that Ashley lad up front with Boyd. They are very similar though.

2 of them played, the other 3 were injured.

One of them scored but I can't say I thought any player for the rangers stood out as being any good.

Had to laugh at Kenny Miller after their Celtic 2-0 game when he said ... "we're not that far away from them"

Should we be taking a look at that lad Nade? Seen worse in a Hibs strip.

I have a mental image from 'Boys from the blackstuff' in my head now, all arriving in a '76 Ford transit at Greyskull :greengrin

An actual pretty well balanced view from a hun poster.....

At this rate i'm not even sure we'll get 2nd. I'd say we're considerably worse than Hibs.

Much worse, we're lucky they had the awful start to the season that they did (remember when we thought they were going to go down?)

Thing is, they got they're act together and sorted **** out, whereas we thought we were entitled to the league before a ball was kicked, and we're getting our balls kicked for it.

This would be the sensible thing for Scottish football to do. Maybe not next season but the season after.

Gordon Smith, the former SFA blazer writing in this morning's papers,

"Gers need King-Ashley dream team."

" It would be fantastic if Rangers could move forward with the two respected and wealthy businessmen at the helm " ........

One a glib and shameless liar and the other been told he can't hold any more Gers shares and signed an agreement not to influence the running of the Club.

Hope nobody pays any attention to this idiot.

Watching Sportscene tonight and Stuart McCall on the panel discussing the Huns, does anyone else think he might be their manager, come Friday ?

When asked if he would take the job McCall said the club would have to get the GM out the way to see if they oust the board and get a new manager from there.

Then Pat Nevin said there must be lots of clubs desperate to get McCall in, he said no comment and looked pretty shifty, maybe embarassed, maybe there's something lined up.

He'd be absolutely crazy to even put himself forward for that job. Don't think any manager wants to touch that job with what is going on over there.

OK so do I have this right? Rangers have 5 Newcastle players (four of whom are currently crocked) and are paying their wages from money Mike Ashley lent them? Is that about it? Lol if it is - MA is playing a blinder.....

He's been asked the last two Sundays.

Not ruled himself out. To be fair he'll find it tough to talk about it properly when they have a 'manager'.

Who manages Newcastle reserves? They must be worth a pound at the bookies.

Huns I know are totally sick of it. Every one of them believes Hibs is a better team however IF the impossible happens on Friday and they beat us, I can see them reverting to type.

I wouldn't say 'shifty' - embarrassed is the word I'd use.

Jaw-nothing shouldn't have put him on the spot, especially with all the doubt about he EGM and everything in the air right now.

McCall's a former Rangers player - a good one, IMO - and a former manager with experience in Scotland. Of course he's on the list for the Ibrox job, but he'd be a fool to take it on unless they get the club sorted out a lot better than it is just now.

I'd have been happy if he'd come to us when LD arrived.

It's quite disconcerting to read the comments on FF. Whereas the usual discussion is all bravado about how much they're going to take us apart, all they're talking about is the 'impossible' task they'll have on Friday and how another year or two in the Championship will be the least of their problems etc.. 'Never hit a man when he's down 'springs to mind but I reckon 'beware the cornered rat' is more appropriate in their case.

Hibs to win 3-0 is 40/1 on bet 365! Great odds. I watched their game against Raith and said to my wife that even I pushing fifty still had a greater turn of pace than most of the Rangers players. They are there for the taking.
