With Les Hutchison's take over at Motherwell and proposed transfer of funds to the Well Society, what are the similarities and differences to the Hibs HSL scheme?

One difference is that none of the directors will be paid for their efforts. Wonder how that works? Seems like a great move for the Mothers, impressed to read that the fans group have already raised 180,000.
