Shares quick question

Quick question, I have existing shares with Hibs and debating whether to buy more vs HSL.

If I don't buy any extra do I still have my old shares in place protected - main reason is does that mean I will continue to receive an ongoing invite to the AGM or do I need to purchase new ones to keep that in tact?

I'm in the same boat as an existing shareholder. The existing shares remain regardless of new shares issued so I'm happy to buy through HSL in the knowledge that my existing shares will allow me access to the AGM.
