Following on from the massive response to the Foodbank collection on matchday a few weeks ago, I thought some may be interested to know that the Foodbank received a supply of tickets for today's game to distribute. These were given out to clients along with their usual parcels, they were quickly snapped up, people were delighted to get something like this.

Some may be surprised at this, after all foodbanks should be giving out food and other household supplies, no? But to give some fans a "treat" they could not otherwise afford is a great support to them.

Hopefully they will all be equally delighted come 5 o'clock!

Good to keep people who can't afford it in the habit. If only we had an 'ive had too many kids to be able to take them to the football' programme.
